V. 3rd Level Support

We have a contract with Red Hat Software for a 3rd Level Support Agreement. This means that if you have any questions that we can't answer, we ask Red Hat for advice on the situation. Currently there are 3 people on the list from Fermi: Connie Sieh, DanYocum, and Ray Pasetes.
